The facility is open to the public at all times except during training sessions and competitions organized by S.S.D.S. Mens Sana 1871 (inline skating) and S.C. Pedale Senese 1952 A.S.D. (cycling). During these times, access to the respective tracks is not permitted.

The venue features three separate speed tracks, all dedicated to performance and competition:

  1. The inner track, made of colored resin with banked curves, is reserved exclusively for inline skaters. The surface is delicate and access is strictly forbidden to bicycles, scooters, skateboards, chairs, benches, high-heeled shoes, animals, food, drinks, explosive objects, or anything that could damage the track
  2. The middle track, flat and asphalted, is reserved for skaters
  3. The outer track, asphalted with sloped curves and straights, is reserved for cyclists

The three tracks may not be used for walking, ball games, or picnics. They are high-speed tracks with right-of-way rules, stop points, and safety regulations:

  • helmets are mandatory, no exceptions
  • give way to faster athletes
  • maintain a predictable line and avoid zig-zagging
  • speed skates have no brakes and skaters cannot stop instantly; all other users must avoid cutting across their path
  • look left and right before crossing any track, you do not have the right of way
